On train songs, croix overlayed the march rhythms of John Philip Sousa onto songs made famous by Boxcar Willie, Roy Acuff, Johnny Cash, Blackfoot, and Arlo Guthrie. What is more, they also translated the songs into French, adding plenty of toots and chugs to the tunes. The vocals, though French, are reminiscient of Slim Whitman.
