What happens when a girl from Sheboygan and some boys from Walla Walla get together? Well Mao Apology & The Committee seems to be the answer. After a long line of DYI ep’s, Mao and her cohorts signed with the Canadian label Indistincte Gestes to give us their first self titled release. Staying true to their earlier recordings, their sound remains lo-fi with intoxicating guitar distortion and smart lyrics that are never clever.
A must have.
